Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo implementation, customization, and support across various modules. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure Odoo solutions, provide training, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

* Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities.
* Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client requirements.
* Provide end-user training and support for Odoo modules.
* Develop functional specifications for customizations and coordinate with the development team.
* Perform testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues during and after implementation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and support) to deliver projects on time.
* Maintain and improve documentation of implementation processes and configurations.
* Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Odoo implementation.
* Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
* Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
* Experience with Odoo Studio and customization features.
* Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
* Basic knowledge of Python or technical workflows in Odoo (preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Skills and Competencies

* Familiarity with Odoo implementation methodologies and best practices.
